Book a Dating Profile Photography Session Sydney

No online calendar, no instant checkout. Just a conversation first — to make sure the session is right for you before anything is confirmed.

The Process

01

Send a message.

Fill out the contact form or call 0491 649 117. Tell Maggie which service you're interested in and roughly when you're free. No need to have everything figured out — that's what the next step is for.

02

Free consultation.

A quick call or Zoom — usually fifteen to thirty minutes. Maggie will ask what you're looking for, talk through the options, and answer any questions. No pitch, no pressure. If it's not the right fit, she'll tell you.

In-person consultations are also available if you'd prefer to meet first.

03

Confirm the details.

Once you're happy to go ahead, you'll confirm the date, location and any add-ons (styling, wardrobe, bio writing). Sessions run on weekdays during daylight hours — timing is planned around golden hour where possible.

04

Shoot day.

Show up. Maggie handles the rest — locations, light, keeping things moving without it feeling like a photoshoot. Most sessions run two to three hours. Edited images are delivered within two weeks.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Before the session

After the consultation, Maggie will send through a short prep guide — what to bring, what to wear, how to think about the locations. There's also an optional wardrobe call if you want to go through your outfit options before shoot day.

On the day

Sessions start slow. The first twenty minutes are warm-up — walking, talking, getting comfortable. The actual photos happen once you've stopped thinking about the camera. Most people are surprised by how relaxed it ends up feeling.

After the session

Edited images delivered within two weeks. Every final image is individually edited — you won't receive a folder of hundreds of half-finished shots. Maggie selects and edits the strongest images from the session.

BOOKING QUESTIONS

1. Do I need to know exactly what I want before I get in touch?

No — that's what the consultation is for. Some people arrive knowing exactly which services they want. Most people have a rough idea and work out the details in the call. Either is fine.

2. How far in advance do I need to book?

Weekday availability varies. A week or two notice is usually enough, though popular time slots (late afternoon, golden hour) book faster. If you have a specific date in mind, it's worth getting in touch sooner rather than later.

3. What if the weather is bad on shoot day?

Sydney's weather is generally reliable for outdoor photography, but it happens. If the light is genuinely unusable on the day, sessions can be rescheduled without any issue. Maggie will make the call based on conditions — overcast days often photograph beautifully, so it's not always a problem.

4. Can I add hair, makeup or wardrobe styling to my session?

Yes — all of these can be added when you confirm your booking. If you're not sure whether you need them, that's a good thing to discuss in the consultation.

5. I just want the bio written, not the photography. Is that possible?

Yes. The profile writing and app strategy services can be booked as standalone sessions. Get in touch and Maggie will talk through what makes sense for your situation.

READY WHEN YOU ARE.

No commitment until after the consultation. Get in touch and Maggie will get back to you within 24 hours.
